Return Policy

·         Full refund given within 15 days of purchase. Buyer pays 10% restocking fee. This doesn't apply for jewelry products.

·         No refunds for personalized items including jewelry products.

·         For non - personalized gold jewelry, if the customer doesn't like the purchased  item because it didn't exactly match the posted photo, he/she can sell it for its gold content at his/her location and we will compensate him/her for the balance of the item price. Shipping charges are not refundable. This is to save the customer the insurance and shipping charges from USA - or other parts of the world to – Egypt.

·         If the customer doesn't like the purchased item  for any other reason than being not identical to the posted photo, he/she can sell it for its gold content at his/her location and we will compensate him/her for the balance of the item price less 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
